Ep 13. Finsterella

In Rugrats season 3 episode 13, titled "Finsterella," the bumbling and lovable dad, Stu, decides to make a fairy tale puppet show for his children. With his own creative spin on classic stories, he brings his family into the magical world of Fairyland. There, the Rugrats meet several new characters including the Fairy Godbrother and the evil step-squirrel.

One of the most notable changes Stu made to the story was casting Chuckie's father, Chas, in the role of Prince Charming's sidekick instead of an evil stepbrother. After discovering it's somewhere in the house, she turns the living room upside down trying to find it, while the babies crawl around trying not to get into trouble. Amidst all the chaos, it's up to the Rugrats to solve the mystery of the glass slipper while helping Chas and Prince Charming save the day.

As the story progresses, the Rugrats come up with several ingenious schemes to help Chas and Prince Charming. One of these schemes involves creating a giant ball of yarn to trip up the squirrel and send him tumbling downhill. Another scheme involves using tomato sauce to lure the evil squirrel out of the castle and into the waiting arms of the Fairy Godbrother, who brings him to justice.

Throughout the episode, there are also plenty of humorous moments, especially with Stu's puppet show antics. He frequently messes up his lines and forgets to switch out puppets, leading to some ridiculous and nonsensical moments in the story.

Meanwhile, back in the living room, Angelica's search for the glass slipper reaches a turning point. As she continues to turn the living room upside down, the Rugrats accidentally spill a bottle of glue all over her. This leaves Angelica stuck to the carpet, unable to move as the babies continue to crawl around the room. It's up to the Rugrats to find the glass slipper before Angelica does and stop her from causing any more trouble.

Overall, "Finsterella" is a lighthearted and fun episode of Rugrats. It's full of silly moments and creative storytelling that is sure to entertain both kids and adults alike.
