Divya is feeling suffocated by her pregnancy and the million traditions that have come with it. While she sits in her doctor's office, waiting for her ultrasound appointment, she meets a pregnant woman named Meredith, who seems to be in dire straits. Divya tries to help her out, but when she starts investigating Meredith's background, she finds out more than she bargained for.
Meanwhile, Hank is dealing with an unusual case of a woman who keeps having hallucinations that her ex is stalking her. Hank tries to get to the bottom of her problems, but he realizes that the woman has some deep-seated psychological issues that are not easily fixed. In the meantime, Hank and Jill decide to take a leap and move in together, but their plans are soon disrupted by a crisis that leaves them both racing to save a life.
At the same time, Evan is busy trying to adjust to his new role as a father and CEO of HankMed. He finds out that the job comes with a lot more responsibilities than he had anticipated, and his relationship with Hank starts to get strained.
