Divya's ex fiancé arrives in the Hamptons and Evan resorts to extreme measures to get some answers about Boris' mysterious illness. Meanwhile, Hank blames a patient's life-threatening kidney injury on the guy's participation in a Spartan Race, and finds himself facing a medical board inquiry over the case. Drug distributor Jill Casey demands Hank sell her a supply of Naloxone, just as Hank works with a patient looking to detox from opiates. Elsewhere, Evan pays a price for his meddling when Paige begins to have suspicions about his behavior.
