Max's journey in Los Angeles continues as he tries to uncover the truth about his past and find a way to save his son. He teams up with Liz, who has followed him to the city, and they navigate the dangerous world of underground alien communities. Meanwhile, Michael and Isabel are left back in Roswell to deal with their own troubles, including a new enemy and a mysterious artifact that could either save or destroy their entire race.
