
















Rooftop Room Cat, a South Korean television drama, was created by MBC Network and aired in 2003. The show features talented actors and actresses such as Jung Da-Bin, Choi Jung-Yoon, Kim Rae-Won, Jang Yong, and Jin Tae-Hyun. The story revolves around Han Ji-Eun (Jung Da-Bin), a struggling scriptwriter who lives in a house that she inherited from her late father. Despite being talented in writing, Ji-Eun struggles to make ends meet, working numerous part-time jobs, including one at a convenience store. She faces mounting bills, and her house is in a state of disrepair, with leaking ceilings and broken furniture.
In an unexpected turn of events, Ji-Eun decides to rent out her rooftop to generate extra income. However, things become complicated when three different men show up, claiming to be the rightful occupants of the rented space.
The first tenant was a handsome and outgoing model, Kang Joon-Hee (Kim Rae-Won). Joon-Hee is kind-hearted, and over time he develops feelings for Ji-Eun. The second tenant is a talented architect named Yoo Dong-Joo (Jin Tae-Hyun). Dong-Joo is responsible for repairing the rooftop and is often seen working there. He is quiet, reserved, and a bit cold, keeping his distance from the other tenants.
The final tenant is an actor named Choi Eun-Seok (Jang Yong), who lives with his daughter Jin-Shil (Choi Jung-Yoon).
