Rocko's Modern Life season 4 episode 3, titled "Ed Good, Rocko Bad / Teed Off," follows the adventures of Rocko, a wallaby, and his friends in their zany, surreal world. In the first segment, "Ed Good, Rocko Bad," Rocko is visited by his friend, Ed Bighead, who convinces him to take up golf. However, things quickly go awry when Rocko discovers that he is an atrocious golfer and begins causing all kinds of destruction on the course. Meanwhile, Ed reveals himself to be a natural at the game and begins raking in huge amounts of money, much to the chagrin of his fellow players.
In the second segment, "Teed Off," Rocko and his friends head to the local mini-golf course for a day of leisurely fun. However, they soon discover that the owner of the course, a tyrannical koala named Mr. Dupette, has rigged the entire place in his favor. Determined to take him down, Rocko and his friends challenge Dupette to a high-stakes game of mini-golf. As the game progresses, the competition becomes increasingly intense, leading to a dramatic and unexpected conclusion.
Throughout both segments, Rocko and his friends encounter a variety of wacky and memorable characters, including a pretentious golfer, a wisecracking ball retriever, and a band of mischievous gophers. With its off-kilter humor, social commentary, and frenetic pace, "Ed Good, Rocko Bad / Teed Off" exemplifies the irreverent spirit and singular style that made Rocko's Modern Life a cult classic.
