Rocko's Modern Life Season 1 Episode 6 - The Good, the Bad, and the Wallaby / Trash-O-Madness:

In "The Good, the Bad, and the Wallaby," Rocko wines and dines an attractive female wallaby, Cindy, whom he's had a crush on for years. However, he soon realizes that Cindy is an expert at taking advantage of guys. Meanwhile, Heffer becomes the newest member of a notorious biker gang, but quickly discovers that the gang is not what he thought it would be. In "Trash-O-Madness," Rocko's new recycling plan goes awry when the city of O-Town is completely buried under piles of trash. Rocko and Heffer's efforts to clean up the mess only make things worse. The episode also includes a segment in which Filburt goes to the movies and gets stuck sitting next to a strange and annoying individual.
