In season 10, episode 2 of Roadkill, titled "Smokey and LeMullets!", hosts Mike Finnegan and David Freiburger go on a cross-country trip in their trusty 1970 Chevy Impala, dubbed the "Crop Duster." Their adventure kicks off with a visit to Memphis, Tennessee, where they meet up with another famous car enthusiast, Chip Foose.
The trio sets out to find a rust-free classic car to restore. Along the way, they stumble upon a neglected 1970 Ford F-100 truck, just begging for some TLC. The trio quickly falls in love with the truck, and Chip decides to take it on as his own personal project.
With the F-100 in tow, the group continues their journey to Hot Rod Drag Week in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Along the way, they encounter a variety of problems, including a blown thermostat, a malfunctioning alternator, and a shortage of fuel.
Despite their challenges, the team makes it to Hot Rod Drag Week, where they put their vehicles to the test on the track. The Crop Duster impresses with its powerful engine and smooth handling, landing in third place overall. Chip's F-100 doesn't perform as well on the track, but he's still happy with the progress he's made on the restoration project.
After the racing is done, the group heads back to Memphis to check out a massive car show and participate in some burnouts. Along the way, they encounter a number of interesting characters, including a man with a love for mullets and a woman with a smoking hot Trans Am.
"Smokey and LeMullets!" is an action-packed episode that showcases the passion and creativity of car enthusiasts across the country. With stunning footage of classic cars and high-speed racing, it's a must-watch for anyone who loves the thrill of the road.
