Ep 1. Late Fee/Bullhop

In the season 2 premiere of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, titled "Late Fee/Bullhop," the Turtles find themselves in a sticky situation when they forget to pay their library fees. Desperate to avoid the wrath of the librarian, they come up with a plan to sneak into the library after hours and return their books undetected. However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a group of mysterious villains who seem to be up to no good.

Meanwhile, the Turtles' friend and ally Meat Sweats is back in town, but he's not the same as he used to be. He's undergone a strange transformation that has turned him into a powerful beast known as Bullhop, and the Turtles are worried that he may have gone rogue. They set out to investigate his new form and try to figure out what's causing it before it's too late.

As the Turtles race to accomplish their missions, they must also contend with new enemies and challenges that test their skills and teamwork. It's a wild ride full of action, humor, and heart that sets the stage for an exciting new season of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
