In season 7 episode 21 of Ridiculousness, titled "Chase Elliott," NASCAR driver Chase Elliott joins Rob, Chanel, and Sterling to watch viral videos of people doing outrageous things. The episode opens with a clip of a man trying to fish with Mickey Mouse hands, which sets the tone for the whole episode of hilarious and ridiculous moments.
Chase proves to be a good sport throughout the episode, laughing and groaning along with the hosts as they watch people falling off trampolines, jumping into pools, and attempting parkour stunts gone wrong. Rob dedicates one segment to "speed demons," showcasing videos of people on scooters, roller skates, and other transportation devices crashing and wiping out.
The group also watches a number of animal-themed clips, including a cat that hates the sound of a violin, a dog that loves slides, and a bird that enjoys singing along to music. Chanel gets particularly excited about the bird segment, even singing a song to try and get the bird to join in.
In addition to the typical viral videos, the episode also includes a couple of special segments. One highlights groups of people attempting to break world records, such as the longest human chain on a wakeboard and the most people doing yoga poses at once. Another segment features "prank war champions," showcasing some of the funniest and most creative pranks people have pulled on their friends and family members.
Throughout the episode, Chase proves to be a great guest, joining in on the hosts' banter and offering his own commentary on the videos. He even shares a story of a time when he tried to jump over a fence and didn't quite make it, earning himself a spot on a blooper reel.
As always, Rob, Chanel, and Sterling provide plenty of laughs with their commentary and asides. They make fun of each other's outfits, joke about the people in the videos, and generally have a good time watching the ridiculousness unfold.
Overall, "Chase Elliott" is a fun and lighthearted episode of Ridiculousness, perfect for anyone looking for some mindless entertainment and a good laugh. Fans of the show will enjoy seeing a new guest join in on the fun, and NASCAR fans will appreciate getting to see Chase in a different context.
