Sterling "Steady" Brim and Chanel West Coast are back to co-host another episode of the hit MTV show, Ridiculousness. In season 6, episode 13, Chanel and Sterling XVIII, the pair is joined by comedian Matthew Broussard to watch and comment on some of the internet's most ridiculous and hilarious videos.
The first segment of the show is titled "Male Beauty," and features clips of men attempting to beautify themselves in various funny ways. In one video, a man tries to draw his eyebrows on with a marker but ends up looking like he has two caterpillars on his forehead. Another video showcases a foolish man trying to wax his chest hair at home and ending up with a scorching red patch on his chest.
The next segment is titled "You Got Knocked the F#ck Out!" which displays videos of individuals getting hit and knocked out in funny and absurd ways. In one video, a man is seen trying to jump over a flaming bar, but instead, he crashes right into it and falls flat on his back. In another video, a man is trying to ride a skateboard down a steep hill but instead bails and falls face-first into the pavement.
The show then goes on to present a segment called "American Set n' Forget," which showcases clips of Americans enacting the "set it and forget it" safety mindset in hilarious ways. In one video, a man starts a charcoal grill indoors to avoid bad weather, causing a smoke explosion in his living room. In another video, a man tries to cook a whole chicken in his dishwasher, also resulting in an explosion of grease and soapy water.
The following segment is titled "Star Of The Week: LL Cool J" and features some of LL Cool J's funniest moments caught on camera. The rapper is known not only for his music but also for his acting and comedy skills. Clips from his appearances on Conan O'Brien and other late-night talk shows are shown, where he shows off his humor and wittiness.
The next segment is called "High-5 To That," which shows some of the most unbelievable trick shots and high-fives on the internet. In one video, two friends high-five from opposite sides of a basketball court and manage to connect the high-five mid-air. In another video, a man manages to toss a bottle cap into the air and hit the top off a glass bottle from across the room.
The final segment is called "Redneck Good Times" and features clips of rednecks having fun in their own unique ways. In one video, a group of rednecks is seen jumping into a pool of mud with their ATV's. In another video, a group of rednecks tries to water ski behind a tractor, but they all end up in the water.
Overall, Chanel and Sterling XVIII has everything fans of Ridiculousness have come to love about the show: hilarious clips, witty commentary, and tons of laughs. With Sterling and Chanel's chemistry and Matthew Broussard's energy as a guest commentator, the episode is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
