In the latest episode of Ridiculousness, host Rob Dyrdek welcomes a special guest, Shiggy, the social media sensation who went viral for creating the “In My Feelings” challenge. Alongside co-hosts Steelo Brim and Chanel West Coast, Rob and Shiggy watch and comment on some of the wildest and most absurd viral videos from around the internet.
The first category of the episode is “Shiggy Show,” a collection of videos featuring people attempting the “In My Feelings” challenge. Shiggy shares his thoughts on the various attempts, from the impressive to the downright dangerous. The group also watches a few hilarious spin-offs of the challenge, including one involving a horse and another featuring an elderly man.
Next up is “Powder Daze,” a compilation of clips showcasing people who have taken spills while snowboarding, skiing, and sledding. Shiggy hilariously compares one snowboarding mishap to a “Michael Jackson moonwalk,” and the group reacts to a person sliding down a mountain on a sled and taking out a group of people at the bottom.
In “Waves of Pain,” Rob, Steelo, and Chanel cringe as they watch several videos of painful wipeouts and collisions involving people in the water. Shiggy gets a kick out of a clip featuring a man accidentally launching himself into the air while attempting to ride a wave on a bodyboard. The group also reacts to a video of a woman attempting to surf on a blow-up unicorn and wiping out in spectacular fashion.
The episode takes a turn towards the bizarre with the category “Crazy Creatures.” The group watches several videos featuring strange and unexpected animal behavior, including a clip of a goat dancing on its owner’s table and another of a dog playing soccer. Shiggy jokes that he wants to see a “dragon” before the group watches a video of a massive python casually slithering through someone’s backyard.
In “Seriously Personal,” Rob, Steelo, and Chanel react to several cringe-worthy moments that people have shared on social media, including a video of a woman getting a surprise proposal at a Buffalo Wild Wings and another of a guy singing to his girlfriend in public and getting shut down. Shiggy offers his thoughts on the awkward encounters, including a clip of a man attempting to serenade a woman outside of her window.
Finally, the group watches a category aptly named “Shiggy and the Shark,” featuring several videos of people having close encounters with sharks while swimming or diving. Shiggy hilariously notes that he is “afraid of the ocean” as the group watches a video of a diver having a run-in with a massive great white shark.
Throughout the episode, Rob and his co-hosts share their own personal anecdotes and reactions to the videos, with Shiggy bringing his own unique perspective and hilarious commentary to each category. With its mix of viral videos and celebrity guests, Ridiculousness continues to deliver the laughs and entertaining commentary its fans have come to expect.
