In episode 7 of season 1 of Ridiculousness, host Rob Dyrdek is joined by special guest, Jeff Tremaine. Tremaine is the co-creator of the popular stunt show Jackass, as well as the director of the Jackass movies and Bad Grandpa. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the show and provides entertaining commentary on the various clips of people doing ridiculous stunts and fails.

The episode starts off with a clip of a man skateboarding off the top of a van and into a pool. Although the trick looks cool, Tremaine and Dyrdek both agree that it's a little too risky and wouldn't want to attempt it themselves. The next clip features a man trying to jump off a ramp with a child's tricycle, which results in a painful fall. Tremaine gets a good laugh out of this, noting that "the worst part about it is he couldn't even execute the jump on a super functional BMX bike."

In the following segment, the hosts showcase some of the most ridiculous and dangerous parkour fails. They show a man attempting to jump from one roof to another, only to fall painfully onto the pavement below. Tremaine jokes that parkour is "just a fancy term for 'please take me to the hospital.'" The next clip features a man attempting to slide down a handrail, only for it to come crashing down and causing him to fall onto some nearby concrete. Tremaine is incredulous at the idea of attempting such a dangerous stunt, saying "You've gotta have a weird death wish to even want to slide down a handrail."

The episode also features a segment focused on people attempting to drive various vehicles in ridiculous ways. In one clip, a man in a golf cart chases after a runaway tree on a farm. In another, a group of people attempt to ride a giant inflatable duck down a water slide, with comical results. Tremaine and Dyrdek agree that these sort of situations are obviously not the safest ways to operate vehicles, but can still provide some entertainment.

Towards the end of the episode, the hosts showcase some clips of people attempting incredible feats, only to come up short. They show a man attempting to jump a row of parked cars on a dirt bike, only to wipe out and land flat on his back. While the idea of jumping over a row of cars may seem like an impressive feat to some, Tremaine notes that "everything leading up to it is extremely impressive, but that landing isn't so impressive." They also show a clip of a man attempting to drive a motorcycle up a set of stairs, only to have the bike fall back down onto him.

Overall, episode 7 of Ridiculousness season 1 featuring Jeff Tremaine is filled with entertaining clips and commentary on people doing ridiculous stunts and fails. Tremaine's experience in creating and directing stunt shows brings a unique perspective to the show, and he provides plenty of humorous insights into the various clips. Fans of Jackass and other similar shows focused on extreme stunts and pranks will find a lot to enjoy in this episode.
