Ep 4. Dangle's Ex Visits

In Reno 911! season 2 episode 4, titled "Dangle's Ex Visits," Deputy Travis Junior receives a call from his ex-girlfriend, who happens to be Dangle's ex-wife. She is in town and wants to meet up with Dangle to discuss some unresolved issues. Dangle agrees, but only after he gets some advice from the other deputies.

Meanwhile, Deputy Jones is dealing with a personal issue of his own. He accidentally shot himself in the foot, and now he has to deal with the consequences. These consequences include a lot of pain, a lot of drugs, and a lot of sympathy from his fellow deputies. Unfortunately for him, the sympathy quickly turns to annoyance when he starts acting like a diva.

Back at the station, the other deputies are having a grand old time mocking Jones and trying to figure out how to best stab Dangle in the back. They come up with a plan to send him on a blind date with a woman named Isis, who they all agree is absolutely terrifying. The plan seems to be going well until they realize that Isis is actually a really nice person and that Dangle might actually like her.

As the day progresses, things begin to heat up between Dangle and his ex-wife. They get into some heated arguments and a lot of old wounds are opened up. As the tension builds, the other deputies start to worry that things might escalate into violence. Fortunately, Dangle's ex-wife decides to leave town and the situation is diffused.

By the end of the episode, Jones is back on his feet and the deputies are once again making fun of him. Dangle is left with a lot to think about regarding his relationship with his ex-wife and his potential future with Isis. The episode ends with the deputies all sitting around the station, drinking beer, and getting into some deep discussions about life and love.
