Bobby finds his liquid assets quickly evaporating when his banker, Ted Radford (JOHN BENNETT PERRY), embezzles 150 million dollars and runs off to sunny Mexico. Wantinq to retrieve his money before the Federal can retrieve Radford, Bobby explores Cheyenne and Reno to help him apprehend the thief. Following Radford to a plush resort in Mexico, Reno uncovers a bizarre yet intriguing opportunity when approached by resort owner Dr. Prentice Lord (EDWARD BELL), a plastic surgeon who specializes in providing people with new identities. After Reno agrees toLord's request to quietly capture Radford far from the resort in exchange for surgery of his own, Bobby and Cheyenne discover the doctor's lurid background. The duo must save Reno before he becomes Lord's next victim.
