Ep 10. Windy City Blues

Robert "Bad Bob" Kattrain (DON STROUD), a serial rapist, escapes from a prison chain gang and returns to his neighborhood in Chicago. Kattrain is eager to satisfy his urge to kill prostitutes., and also seeks revenge against the local cop who sent him to prison, Sergeant Douglas "Sarge" Raines (CHARLES NAPIER). Sarge is a troubled, alcoholic policeman who's nearing his retirement from the force. When he learns of Kattrain's escape, Sarge knows the maniac will return seeking vengeance against him. When the rapist finally attacks a prostitute, the local patrols converge on a cluttered alley, and Sarge has a perfect chance to murder Kattrain. However, he's stopped by the unexpected voice of his estranged son from California, renegade cop and professional bounty hunter Reno Raines. Reno read of Kattrain's escape in the West Coast newspapers and tracked the rapist on his own to help protect his father.
