Ep 8. TGI Tuesday/Firework Run

Mordecai and Rigby are back again with more shenanigans in this season 5 episode of Regular Show titled "TGI Tuesday/Firework Run." The episode is split into two separate stories, with each following a different adventure for the dynamic duo.

In the first story, "TGI Tuesday," Mordecai and Rigby have been waiting all week for their favorite restaurant to reveal their latest item on the menu. However, when they arrive to discover that the new dish is simply a regular burger with some fancy garnish, they become quite disappointed. Determined to make their Tuesday special, the two hatch a plan to spice things up.

Rigby decides that the best way to improve their day is by having a "scene" - a dramatic moment that would make their otherwise dull day worth remembering. The scene that they plan is to barge into the kitchen and demand that the chef creates something completely unique just for them. After a few failed attempts, they manage to successfully get the chef to create a brand new dish, complete with a custom-made sauce.

After enjoying their delicious meal, Mordecai and Rigby realize that they have spent all their money on the extravagant dish and have none left for a ride home. The episode then transitions into the second story, "Firework Run."

As the title suggests, Mordecai and Rigby come across a great deal on some illegal fireworks and buy them without hesitation. Deciding to make the most of their purchase, the two plan a wild and dangerous obstacle course filled with exploding fireworks.

The first challenge has Mordecai and Rigby trying to jump over an ever-increasing stream of water while dodging exploding fireworks. The second challenge has them navigate a series of narrow platforms while avoiding falling bombs. Despite the obvious danger, the two find themselves enjoying the thrilling experience.

As the episode comes to a close, Mordecai and Rigby find themselves cornered by the park rangers, who are trying to confiscate their stash of illegal fireworks. In a last-ditch effort, the two try to escape by launching themselves out of a cannon and onto a nearby moving truck.

"TGI Tuesday/Firework Run" is a wild ride filled with over-the-top scenes and hilarious moments from start to finish. Fans of the Regular Show will not want to miss this episode!
