Ep 20. Saving Time

Mordecai and Rigby accidentally destroy the wall clock in the park's break room, causing all the clocks in the park to malfunction. As a result, time becomes warped and chaotic, causing strange and alarming effects such as day and night switching rapidly, sound becoming delayed, and events repeating themselves.

The two friends try to find a way to fix the problem before it causes any more damage, but their attempts only seem to make things worse. After consulting with Pops, they realize that the only way to save time is to reach the Time Factory, which controls all the clocks in the universe.

Unwilling to wait for Benson's approval, Mordecai and Rigby steal the golf cart and begin their journey to the Time Factory, encountering a variety of obstacles and challenges along the way, including a time-wasting wormhole that nearly derails their mission entirely.

Eventually, they make it to the Time Factory, where they discover that the Master Timekeeper has been overthrown by an evil clock called the Watchmaker, who plans to freeze time forever and rule over the universe. Mordecai and Rigby team up with the Master Timekeeper to defeat the Watchmaker in a climactic battle, saving time and restoring order to the universe.

In the epilogue, Mordecai and Rigby return to the park to find that their adventure has caused them to age slightly, much to their horror. However, Benson is pleased to see that they've brought back an official Time Keeper's card, and rewards them with a promotion. The episode ends with Mordecai and Rigby celebrating their victory with a pizza party, grateful for the opportunity to save time and learn a valuable lesson about responsibility.
