Mordecai and Rigby are back for another wild adventure in the latest episode of Regular Show, "Country Club." In this episode, the duo finds themselves attending a fancy country club with their boss, Benson. However, Mordecai and Rigby quickly find out they don't quite fit in with the upper-class clientele.
The episode starts with Mordecai and Rigby complaining to Benson about not getting a raise. Benson tells them that they need to start acting more professional if they want to be taken seriously. Benson then announces that he has been invited to a country club and asks Mordecai and Rigby to come with him to act as his assistants. Reluctantly, the duo agrees.
As soon as they arrive at the country club, Mordecai and Rigby begin to feel out of place. Everyone is dressed in fancy clothes and playing sophisticated games. Despite their attempts to fit in, they continue to embarrass themselves in front of the other guests. They try their hands at golf, croquet, and even a fancy tea party, but everything they do seems to end in disaster.
Meanwhile, Benson is trying to impress his boss, Gene, who is also at the country club. Gene is a bit of a stickler for rules and traditions and Benson is desperate to show him that he can fit in with the country club crowd. However, when Mordecai and Rigby accidentally destroy the main attraction at the club, a giant fountain, Benson's hopes of impressing Gene are crushed.
The trio decides to leave the country club and head back to the park. On their way out, they run into Gene, who surprisingly commends Benson for bringing Mordecai and Rigby along. He tells Benson that sometimes it's good to have people around who don't take themselves too seriously.
Back at the park, Mordecai and Rigby apologize to Benson for ruining his chance at impressing Gene. Benson forgives them and admits that he was too focused on fitting in with the country club crowd and forgot what was really important. They all agree that they are better off being themselves and having fun, rather than trying to be something they're not.
Overall, "Country Club" is a hilarious and heartwarming episode of Regular Show that explores the theme of staying true to oneself. It's a reminder that it's okay to not fit in with everyone else and that sometimes it's better to embrace your individuality and have fun with your friends.
