Mordecai and Rigby discover a mysterious radio station while looking for a new jam to rock out to. The station, K.I.L.I.T. Radio, turns out to be run by an Otherworldly being who goes by the name of Carter and who uses the radio signal to feed off the emotion of its listeners. As the duo begins to get sucked into the radio's hypnotic trance, they must find a way to break free before they become permanent residents of the Otherworld. With the help of High-Five Ghost and Muscle Man, Mordecai and Rigby embark on a quest to shut down the radio station once and for all. Along the way, they encounter strange creatures and otherworldly beings, all eager to feed off their emotions. Can the duo survive the Otherworld and defeat Carter before it's too late?
