Ep 11. Prankless

Mordecai and Rigby are always known for their love of pranks. However, in this episode of Regular Show, the guys are left with no pranks to play after being pranked repeatedly by Muscle Man and High Five Ghost. The episode, titled "Prankless", deals with Mordecai and Rigby's attempt to finally out-prank the two.

The episode begins with Mordecai and Rigby attempting to prank Muscle Man and High Five Ghost but are constantly outsmarted by the duo. The two pranksters are left without ideas and start to become paranoid, thinking that everyone is out to get them. This paranoia leads them to freak out at even the slightest of movements or sounds, making them even more vulnerable to pranks.

Soon, Mordecai and Rigby's lack of pranks starts to affect their daily lives. Unable to focus on their work or relax, they decide to leave the park and search for inspiration elsewhere. They first try hanging out at a mall, but after seeing the amount of people there, they realize that it's not the right place for them. They then head to a library to try and come up with ideas but as soon as they enter, they are asked to leave for causing a disturbance.

As they wander aimlessly, Mordecai and Rigby come across a group of street performers who inspire them to create their own street show. They practice their performance and attract a small crowd, but their time in the limelight is short-lived as Muscle Man and High Five Ghost show up and ruin their performance with a prank.

Discouraged, Mordecai and Rigby return to the park and sit on a bench, feeling defeated. Just then, Benson comes over and tells them that he has a job for them to do. Benson needs them to clean up the basement, which is filled with old and forgotten items from the park. Initially, Mordecai and Rigby are hesitant but soon find a couple of interesting objects, including an old phone.

As they clean, they come across a tape labeled "Prank War '88". Curious, they play the tape and realize that it's a recording of Benson and a former park employee, Gene, having a prank war. The war ended abruptly when Benson accidentally set the park on fire. Although it's a bit of a morbid discovery, Mordecai and Rigby are inspired by the tape and decide to initiate a prank war with Muscle Man and High Five Ghost.

They come up with an elaborate plan and execute it perfectly, finally getting the best of the two pranksters. When Muscle Man and High Five Ghost realize they've been pranked, they are in shock. The guys take advantage of this and assert their dominance, making Muscle Man and High Five Ghost beg for mercy.

In the end, Mordecai and Rigby's spirits are lifted as they celebrate their victory over Muscle Man and High Five Ghost. Benson notices their newfound confidence and tells them that he always knew they had it in them. The episode ends with Mordecai and Rigby thanking each other for always having their backs and being the best of friends.

Overall, "Prankless" is a fun and lighthearted episode that showcases Mordecai and Rigby's love for pranks and their friendship. The episode also touches on the theme of perseverance and never giving up, even when it seems like all hope is lost.
