Mordecai and Rigby have been looking forward to seeing their favorite rapper, MC Wheels, in concert for months. They managed to get their hands on VIP tickets, which include a meet and greet with the rapper after the show. However, they soon realize that they don't have anything for MC Wheels to sign or any cool stories to share with him.
In an effort to impress MC Wheels, Mordecai and Rigby decide to record their own rap song to perform for him during the meet and greet. They enlist the help of their coworkers, Benson, Pops, and Skips, to come up with lyrics and beats for the song.
However, things quickly spiral out of control as each member of the group brings their own ego and ideas to the table. Benson insists that the song be about work and responsibility, while Pops wants it to be about fancy parties and caviar. Skips, who used to be a rapper in his younger days, tries to take over the project and turn it into a serious hip hop track.
Mordecai and Rigby struggle to keep everyone on track and focused on the goal of impressing MC Wheels. They also have to deal with the fact that their own rapping skills are less than impressive. Despite these challenges, they soldier on and continue to work on the song.
Eventually, the group comes together to create a fun and catchy rap track that they are proud of. They perform it for MC Wheels during the meet and greet and he is impressed by their dedication and talent. He even offers to feature them on his next album.
In the end, Mordecai and Rigby realize that they didn't need to impress MC Wheels with a fancy rap song. What really mattered was the friendship and teamwork that went into creating it. They are proud of themselves and each other, even if their rapping skills still need some work.
