Ep 24. Go Viral

Mordecai and Rigby are back at it again with another wild adventure in the Regular Show season 2 episode 24, titled "Go Viral." The episode follows the two friends as they try to make a viral video in order to become internet famous, but things quickly get out of hand.

At the start of the episode, Mordecai and Rigby are watching a video of the latest internet sensation, a cat playing the piano. They decide they want to become internet famous too, and enlist the help of Pops, who suggests they make a video of themselves doing something crazy. They come up with the idea to jump over a row of chairs on skateboards, and film themselves doing it.

However, their first attempt doesn't go as planned, and they end up crashing into the chairs. After several more failed attempts, they decide to create a fake viral video instead. They come up with the idea to dress up as ghosts and scare people with a hidden camera. They film themselves scaring Benson, Muscle Man, and Skips, and the video quickly goes viral.

But their newfound internet fame doesn't last long, as the people they scared discover the video and become angry. Mordecai and Rigby are forced to take down the video, but not before it spreads even further and becomes an international sensation. They even get a call from a Japanese TV station, who wants to feature them on their show.

At this point, the episode takes a turn for the surreal, as Mordecai and Rigby find themselves trapped in a virtual reality world controlled by a virus. They discover that the virus was created by a kid who was angry at them for scaring his dad in the viral video. In order to escape the virtual reality, they must race against the virus in a video game-style showdown.

The episode ends with Mordecai and Rigby back in the real world, sitting in front of their computer and watching the video of themselves racing the virus. They're disappointed that their plan to become internet famous didn't work out, but Pops reassures them that they still have each other and that's all that matters.

Overall, "Go Viral" is a fun and adventurous episode that highlights the dangerous obsession with internet fame. Mordecai and Rigby's desire to become famous leads them down a dangerous path, but in the end, they learn that true friendship is more important than fleeting internet fame.
