Ep 4. Rigby's Body

The show Regular Show is an animated television series featuring the adventures of a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby who work and hang out at a park.

In season 1 episode 4, titled "Rigby's Body", Rigby becomes obsessed with getting into shape after he realizes he can't fit into his favorite shirt anymore. He tries various quick-fix methods and fad diets, but nothing seems to work.

As the two friends try to figure out how to switch back, they encounter various obstacles and hilariously fail in their attempts. Eventually, they realize that the only way to switch back is to embrace their own bodies and learn to love themselves for who they are.
