Ep 4. MDMA

David is struggling to cope with the fact that Skye is back with her boyfriend; he’s heartbroken and finding it difficult to move on. While trying to deal with his own emotions, David receives a call from Wheeler inviting him to an MDMA party in the city. Initially hesitant, he eventually agrees to go, hoping to forget about Skye for a night.

At the party, David and Wheeler begin taking the drugs and things start to get hazy. David meets a girl named Karen who he instantly connects with; the two of them embark on a night of adventure and self-discovery. Meanwhile, Wheeler becomes increasingly paranoid and ends up getting into a dangerous situation.

Back at Red Oaks, Getty has been tasked with serving as an assistant tennis coach to the club’s members. Believing that his new position will impress Karen, he begins to take his role a bit too seriously. Despite his efforts, Getty finds that he’s not quite as talented as he thought, and his former coach is far too critical for his taste. Tired of feeling the pressure, Getty makes a bold move.

Elsewhere, Nash begins to feel the strain of his long-distance relationship with his wife. With tension rising between them, Nash decides that he needs to do something to save their marriage. He sets out to make a grand romantic gesture, but his plans quickly spiral out of control.

As the night wears on, David and Karen continue to explore the city, gradually getting to know each other better. But David’s ultimate goal – to escape from his feelings for Skye – is proving harder to achieve. Despite having fun with Karen, thoughts of Skye keep creeping into his mind. Eventually, he finds himself faced with a tough decision that could change his life forever.
