"Red Carpet Survival" tells of the adventures of an unlikely security agency directed by the "boss" Alessia Marcuzzi. In each episode, a VIP entrusts their safety to three bodyguards - comedians who must escort them on the red carpet, doing everything they can to keep their client safe. Commenting on it all are the irreverent voices of Gialappa's Band. The diva and her bodyguards aim to reach the final destination, the limousine, in the shortest time possible. However, take one step off the red carpet and one of the bodyguards will be eliminated. If all the diva's bodyguards get eliminated, she will have to get to her limousine on her own. The long walk down the red carpet is accompanied by a series of dangers and risks designed to make the VIP step off the red carpet.

In the fourth and final episode, the two best teams tackle the red carpet, but with two different VIPs: Melissa Satta and Giulia De Lellis. The course, full of new pitfalls and surprises, is the same for both teams. The team that takes the shortest time to cover it will be crowned the winner of the first edition of "Red Carpet Survival."

In the third episode of "Red Carpet Survival," the last team, composed of Michela Giraud, Francesco Arienzo, and Gabriele Vagnato, will escort a star VIP along the red carpet: Valeria Marini. At the end of the episode, we discover which two teams completed the red carpet in the shortest time, after penalties, and who will reach the final episode.

In the second episode of "Red Carpet Survival," the second team, composed of Awed, Ginevra Fenyes, and Pierluca Mariti, must escort a VIP along the red carpet. What they don't know is that the VIP to be escorted is Cristiano Malgioglio. Will they succeed in getting past dancing dinosaurs, giant balls, and pesky haters? In the meantime, the first team is in the operations room observing their rivals.

In the first episode of "Red Carpet Survival," Alessia Marcuzzi, the head of the bodyguard agency, explains the rules of the game to the three teams of comedians. Each team must escort a VIP along the red carpet without letting them step off it. The first team, composed of Herbert Ballerina, Brenda Lodigiani, and Antonio Ornano, will escort Elettra Lamborghini along the red carpet. The route is strewn with dangers and pitfalls, and one of the three comedians will also have to face one of their worst fears.
