Red Bull X-Fighters is a premier freestyle motocross event that takes place annually at various locations around the world. The 2013 edition of the competition was no exception, with some of the world's top riders descending on three different continents to showcase their skills and compete for the championship title.

The competition began in Mexico City, with a massive crowd of over 38,000 spectators watching as riders took to the towering ramp and launched themselves into the air, executing breathtaking tricks and flips along the way. The Mexico City course was set up in the city's historic Plaza de Toros, giving the riders a unique and challenging setting in which to compete.

From there, the competition moved on to Dubai, where riders faced off against one another on a course set up in front of the city's iconic skyline. The Dubai event proved to be one of the most exciting of the entire competition, with a number of riders performing daring stunts and pushing the limits of what was thought to be possible on a dirt bike.

The final event of the 2013 Red Bull X-Fighters competition was held in Pretoria, South Africa, and once again, the riders did not disappoint. The South African course was set up in a massive stadium, allowing for an even larger crowd to witness the riders' incredible talents.

Throughout the competition, riders were judged based on a number of different factors, including the difficulty of the tricks they executed, the creativity of their runs, and their overall performance. The top performers from each event were then awarded points, with the rider who accumulated the most points over the course of the season eventually being crowned the champion.

One of the standout performers of the 2013 Red Bull X-Fighters competition was Kiwi rider Levi Sherwood. Sherwood had won the overall championship in 2012, and was looking to defend his title in 2013. He got off to a rough start in Mexico City, where he fell during his first run and ended up finishing in 11th place. However, he bounced back in a big way in Dubai, putting on a spectacular performance that saw him finish in first place.

Another rider who made a big impression during the 2013 competition was Tom Pages of France. Pages executed a number of gravity-defying tricks throughout the season, including a massive backflip no-hander and a triple backflip, which no rider had ever attempted before in competition.

Overall, the 2013 Red Bull X-Fighters competition was an incredible spectacle of athleticism and skill, showcasing some of the world's top freestyle motocross riders as they pushed the limits of what was possible on two wheels. Whether you're a die-hard motocross fan or just looking for some high-octane entertainment, the Red Bull X-Fighters series is not to be missed.
