The fair is a big deal, with games, rides and an opportunity to win big prizes. However, when they arrive, they soon realize that the games are rigged and not fair, making it impossible to win anything. Meanwhile, the new kid is not as perfect as he appears, as he struggles with his own problems and insecurities. T.J. and the gang try to help Gus and the new kid put aside their differences and work together on a video project for class. The episode has a strong message about accepting others and being confident in one's own abilities.
