Gus and Misdemeanours / A Science Fair to Remember is the tenth episode of season 3 of the animated television series Recess.

In the first part of the episode, Gus Griswald, one of the main characters, is accused of an unknown misdemeanor by the school's vice-principal, Mr. Stone. Gus is given a list of possible misdemeanors and is told to choose one and confess to it so that he can be "rehabilitated". However, Gus insists that he is innocent and refuses to confess to something he did not do. T.J. Detweiler, the leader of the Recess gang, and the rest of the gang support Gus and try to prove his innocence. They find out that the true culprit is a kindergartner who had been copying Gus' appearance and behavior. The gang presents their evidence to Mr. Stone, who agrees to give Gus a second chance, and the true culprit is forced to confess and apologize to Gus.

In the second part of the episode, the school's annual science fair is about to take place, and all the students are encouraged to participate. The Recess gang decides to team up for a science project, but they are unsure of what to do. Gus mentions an idea he had for a project, but T.J. and the others dismiss it, thinking it's too boring. Later on, Gus overhears a group of students mocking him for being uncool, and decides to create an elaborate and impressive science project to prove them wrong.

Gus works tirelessly on his project, neglecting his friends and hobbies, and even turning to dishonest means to make his project better. However, when the science fair arrives, Gus' project fails miserably, embarrassing him in front of the entire school. T.J. and the gang realize their mistake in disregarding Gus' idea and apologize to him, offering to help him come up with a new project for next year's science fair. Gus realizes that it's okay to be true to himself, and that his true value is not determined by the opinions of others.
