Ep 11. The Story of Whomps / Weekend at Muriel's

In the 11th episode of the second season of Recess, entitled "The Story of Whomps / Weekend at Muriel's," viewers are taken on two separate adventures with the gang from Third Street School.
In the first storyline, the group discovers that one of their favorite playground structures, the Whomps, is set to be removed by the school board. Desperate to save their beloved structure, the kids band together to come up with a plan to keep the Whomps standing.
Meanwhile, in the second storyline, the group decides to spend the weekend at their classmate Muriel's house. However, they soon discover that Muriel's strict mother has planned a weekend full of structured activities, leaving the gang feeling trapped and in need of some freedom.
As with all episodes of Recess, there are plenty of laughs and life lessons to be had in "The Story of Whomps / Weekend at Muriel's." Whether viewers are longtime fans of the show or new to the world of Third Street School, this episode is sure to be a hit with young and old alike.
