Reba season 2 episode 3 is called "Proud Reba". The episode revolves around Reba working hard to keep her family together. She is proud of her daughter Cheyenne, who is pregnant, but worried about how she will support a child while still going to school. Cheyenne's boyfriend Van is still trying to make it as a football player, but things aren't looking good for him.
Reba's son Jake is struggling in school and Reba is determined to get him the help he needs. She convinces him to see the school counselor, but the counselor doesn't seem very helpful. Reba decides to take matters into her own hands and makes an appointment with a private tutor.
Meanwhile, Reba's ex-husband Brock and his wife Barbra Jean are having marital problems. Reba tries her best to stay out of it, but when they ask for her advice, she feels obligated to help. She encourages them to be honest with each other and work through their issues.
Throughout the episode, Reba receives support from her friends and family. Her friend Lori Ann helps her with Cheyenne's baby shower, and her son-in-law Kyra offers to pay for the private tutor. Despite the challenges, Reba remains strong and determined to do whatever it takes to keep her family together.
In the end, Cheyenne gives birth to a healthy baby girl and Van receives a phone call offering him a spot on a football team. Brock and Barbra Jean also decide to work through their problems and reconcile. Reba is left feeling proud of her family and grateful for the people in her life who support her.
