Ready, Steady, Wiggle! Season 1 Episode 5 - Taba Naba

In this episode of Ready, Steady, Wiggle!, the Wiggles take a trip to Australia's beautiful Northern Territory. There they learn about the indigenous culture of the area and sing and dance to some traditional songs.

The episode begins with the Wiggles cruising down a beautiful river in the Northern Territory on a boat. They are joined by a local indigenous guide who tells them about the culture and history of the area. The guide teaches the Wiggles about some of the traditional instruments used in indigenous music, such as the didgeridoo and clapsticks.

After the river cruise, the Wiggles head to a local community center where they meet a group of indigenous children. The children teach the Wiggles a traditional dance called Taba Naba, which involves one group of dancers moving back and forth while the other group sings and claps along.

The Wiggles then perform the Taba Naba dance with the children, singing the traditional song and using movements inspired by the indigenous dance. The children show the Wiggles how to use clapsticks in time with the music and there is plenty of fun and laughter as they all dance and sing together.

After the dance, the Wiggles sit down with the children and learn about some of the animals that live in the Northern Territory. They sing a song about a crocodile and learn some facts about the different types of birds found in the area.

The Wiggles and children then play a game where they have to identify the different animal sounds that they can hear. They hear the sounds of snakes, birds, and dingoes and learn some interesting facts about each of these animals.

Finally, the Wiggles head outside for some outdoor fun. They play a game of "throw the boomerang" and show off some of their best throwing skills. They also play a version of "duck, duck, goose" called "kangaroo, kangaroo, wallaby" and have plenty of fun hopping around and laughing with the children.

The episode ends with the Wiggles bid farewell to their new friends and heading back on the boat, singing and dancing along to their new favorite song Taba Naba.
