Germaine is street-smart and resourceful, but she’s also very vulnerable and has a sensitive side that she rarely shows.

The five other siblings in the Garry family are equally fascinating characters. Wyatt, the eldest son, dreams of being a rapper but struggles with stage fright. Aretha, the middle daughter, is obsessed with fashion and makeup, and spends most of her time locked in her room with her friends. Yoko, the second son, is a math prodigy who struggles to connect with his siblings. Mariah, the youngest daughter, is a bubbly and curious child who’s always asking questions. Cher, the youngest son, is a shy and sensitive boy who’s often overshadowed by his siblings.
