Queen Sized is a 2008 Lifetime original movie, directed by Peter Levin and starring Nikki Blonsky in the lead role. The film is based on a true story and follows the life of Maggie Baker, a high school senior who struggles with her weight and body image. Maggie is an intelligent, confident young woman, but her weight prevents her from being a popular girl in school. Her relentless teasing at the hands of bullies affects her deeply, making her feel isolated and alone. Despite her troubles, Maggie is determined to prove to everyone that she is more than her size and is deserving of respect.

When the school yearbook is released, Maggie discovers that her photo has been edited to make her appear thinner, causing her further humiliation. Shocked and hurt, Maggie decides to take a stand and boycotts school, instead opting to attend classes at her local community college.

Maggie's mother, Joan, is supportive of her daughter's decision but worried about her future. She enlists the help of her sister-in-law, who is an attorney, to fight the school board and to ensure that their actions are not discriminatory. It soon becomes a high-profile legal battle and attracts the attention of the national media.

In the midst of all this, Maggie makes new friends at the community college, including Liz, a fellow student who is also struggling with body image issues. The two bond over their shared experiences and form a close friendship.

As the pressure and attention snowball, Maggie struggles to balance her new-found fame with her personal life. She becomes the poster child for body positivity, making numerous appearances on national television and inspiring others to embrace their differences.

The film explores themes of body positivity, self-worth, and acceptance, and is a heartwarming and empowering story of a young woman's journey to self-discovery. The film's strong performances by Nikki Blonsky and Annie Potts, who plays Maggie's mother, lend it a depth and authenticity that make it a must-watch for anyone struggling with similar issues.

Overall, Queen Sized is a powerful and uplifting film that reminds us that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and that we are all deserving of respect and love, regardless of our appearance.
