Ep 10. Pumpkins and Scissors

Taking place in a post-war world, Pumpkin Scissors follows the story of the Pumpkin Scissors unit, a group of soldiers tasked with investigating and aiding in the recovery of war-torn areas. In season 1 episode 10, titled Pumpkins and Scissors, the team's leader Alice L. Malvin receives a request from a small village for their assistance.

Upon arriving, the unit learns that the village, which grows pumpkins as their main source of income, has been facing continuous attacks from a group of bandits. The bandits not only raid the pumps, but also burn their fields, leaving the villagers with no other source of livelihood. The Pumpkin Scissors unit promises to help and quickly begins investigating the situation.

As they delve deeper, they uncover a sinister plot involving a corrupt government official and a band of thugs who are working together to exploit the village's resources. Despite being outnumbered and outgunned, the Pumpkin Scissors unit refuses to back down in their mission to help the villagers.

Meanwhile, Sergeant Oland, a former soldier suffering from PTSD, finds himself struggling to contain his rage after learning about the bandits' actions. His uncontrollable strength proves to be a double-edged sword as it can either help him take down their enemies or inadvertently harm his allies.

In their quest to bring justice to the village, the Pumpkin Scissors unit faces numerous challenges, including a thrilling battle against the bandits. The team's bravery and determination, however, prove to be too much for their foes as they eventually come out victorious.

As Pumpkins and Scissors concludes, the villagers express their gratitude to Alice and the team, stating that their help meant more than they could express. Despite the challenges faced during the mission, the Pumpkin Scissors unit remains steadfast in their pledge to help those in need and bring peace in the war-torn world.
