Ep 22. Finding Bernie

One sunny day on Puffin Rock, Oona and Baba are playing hopscotch when they notice a crab scuttling across the beach. The crab is scurrying so fast that it nearly runs into them. Curious about what the crab is up to, Oona and Baba decide to follow it into the nearby rocky cove.

As they venture into the cove, they spot Bernie, the shy and elusive hermit crab. Oona and Baba know that Bernie is a bit of an oddball, but they like him nonetheless. They say hello to Bernie, but he doesn't seem to hear them, as he appears to be searching for something.

When Oona and Baba ask Bernie what he's looking for, he reveals that he's trying to find the perfect new shell. He's been searching for days but hasn't found one that is just right. Oona and Baba offer to help him find a new shell, but Bernie is hesitant to accept. He's shy and doesn't like attention.

Undeterred, Oona and Baba set out to find the perfect shell for Bernie. They scour the cove and the surrounding area, searching for the most beautiful shells they can find. Along the way, they encounter all sorts of creatures, from crabs to starfish to sea urchins.

As they search, Oona and Baba begin to realize that finding the perfect shell isn't as easy as they thought it would be. Every shell they find has some sort of flaw, whether it's too small, too big, too sharp, or too dull. They start to worry that they'll never be able to help Bernie.

Just as they're about to give up, they stumble upon a beautiful shell that is just the right size for Bernie. It's a soft pink color and has a smooth, round shape. Oona and Baba bring the shell back to Bernie, who is amazed by its beauty.

At first, Bernie is hesitant to try on the new shell. He's unsure if it will fit him properly or if he'll like wearing it. But with some encouragement from Oona and Baba, he slips inside the shell and discovers that it's a perfect fit.

Bernie is overjoyed with his new shell and thanks Oona and Baba for their help. He even offers them a ride on his back so they can explore the cove from a new perspective. Together, the three friends embark on a new adventure, enjoying the beauty of Puffin Rock and each other's company.

As the sun begins to set, Oona and Baba say goodbye to Bernie and head back to their home on the puffin cliffs. They feel happy and fulfilled, knowing that they were able to help a friend in need. And as they drift off to sleep, they dream of all the new adventures they'll have on Puffin Rock in the future.
