Mossy, the curious little hedgehog is ready to spread his wings and explore the world on his own in "Mossy Goes Solo." He's been living in a burrow with his family but feels ready to venture out for some independent adventures.
In "Flooded Burrow," Baba, Mossy's grandmother, is trying to get her home cleaned up after a big rainstorm causes a flood. Mama Puffin and Mossy come to her aid and help get everything back to normal.
Lastly, in "Daytime Sleepover," Mossy's best friend, Bernie the bat, invites him over for a daytime sleepover. Hedgehogs usually sleep at night, so Mossy has some adjusting to do to stay awake for all the daytime activities. They aim to have the best day ever.
Throughout the episode, viewers learn about the beauty of exploration and the importance of helping others in need. Mossy's independent nature is a great example of how trying new things can be empowering, but also, when you make mistakes along the way, it is okay to seek guidance and work together to problem-solve. The bond between Mossy and his family and friends show how being there for one another is key to overcoming hardships. Puffin Rock does an excellent job connecting with young viewers by utilizing adorable, relatable creatures to teach valuable lessons.
