Ep 10. Blowups

Blowups is the tenth episode of the third season of Private Practice. The episode starts with Charlotte being rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious in her office. As Violet and Cooper try to figure out what is wrong with her, the rest of the team begins to investigate the assault on Charlotte that happened a few episodes ago.

Meanwhile, Sam takes on a new patient who is experiencing severe mood swings and believes she is possessed by demons. Sam tries to help her by listening to her concerns and determining the best course of treatment. At the same time, Addison struggles to deal with the fact that Naomi is dating Sam again and tries to avoid being around them.

The episode also features a new pregnancy, as Maya discovers she is pregnant with a baby she doesn't want. She turns to Addison for help, and she must decide whether to keep the baby or terminate the pregnancy.

Throughout the episode, the doctors at Oceanside Wellness Group struggle to maintain their balance as personal and professional issues collide. Blowups ultimately explores the ways in which past experiences and traumas can impact our present lives and relationships.
