Ep 11. Under and Out

During the Prison Break season 3 episode 11 titled "Under and Out", the story takes place 52 hours after Michael and Lincoln were forced to dive deep underwater to escape from Sona prison. Now, they are struggling to survive as they are trapped in a submerged and airtight container moving along an unknown waterway.

As they try to figure out where they are, and how to get out of the container, Michael begins to have flashbacks to his time spent with his fellow escapee and former inmate James Whistler. Through the flashbacks, the audience discovers that Michael had a plan to break Whistler out of Sona, but it was ultimately unsuccessful. With Whistler held in captivity by the Company, Michael is determined to rescue him and complete the mission they started at Sona.

Meanwhile, outside the shipping container, the rest of the team is trying to find Michael and Lincoln before it's too late, but they are running out of time. With only two days until the scheduled execution of one of their own, they must work quickly to locate the duo and bring them to safety.

As the clock ticks down, tensions rise amongst the group both in and out of Sona, and they must decide if they are willing to risk everything to save their friends. With twists and turns at every corner, the episode ends on a cliffhanger leaving viewers anxiously awaiting the next installment of this gripping and intense show.
