Ep 8. The Summer of Teddy & Emil

Prince of Peoria is a Netflix original show that follows the adventures of an 13-year-old Prince named Teddy, who comes to America to experience a normal life and go to a regular school. Along with his best friend, the goofy and talkative Emil, the two of them always find themselves in hilarious and sometimes dangerous situations.
In episode 8 of season 2 named "The Summer of Teddy & Emil," we see Teddy and Emil excited to start their summer vacation. While they make plans to hang out and play all summer long, things suddenly take a turn when Emil's parents announce that they are moving away. The two best friends are devastated, as they know they won't be able to hang out as much as they used to, and Emil may not even be coming back to Prince of Peoria.
Teddy's parents, King Rufus and Queen Ava, notice their son's sadness and try to cheer him up by suggesting that they plan an unforgettable summer with Emil. Soon enough, Teddy and Emil come up with a bucket list of things they want to do before Emil moves away. From having a paintball fight to going on a bike adventure, they set out to have the best summer of their lives.
The boys start with a classic summer activity, going to the beach. When they get there, they notice that the beach is trashed with litter and plastic. Not ones to let the environment suffer, the boys set out to clean up the beach. As they work together, they learn the importance of taking care of the planet and the small ways they can make a difference.
The next item on their list is to have a sleepover, which ends up having hilarious consequences. When Emil shows up, he's sporting a new haircut, which is completely buzzed on one side. Teddy tries to cover up his laughter, but they soon find themselves in a hair-cutting competition that goes terribly wrong.
Next up on their bucket list is to go on a bike adventure. The boys set out on their bikes and explore the city, finding new sights and experience new things. Along the way, they meet some interesting characters and learn how to find joy in the journey.
As their summer starts to wind down, the boys realize that they've only completed half of their bucket list. Determined to finish all the items, they embark on string of exciting and fun experiences that bring them even closer together as friends. Through it all, they discover that the true meaning of summer lies in the memories they make and the friendships they create.
"The Summer of Teddy & Emil" is a heartwarming and funny episode that shows the power of friendship and the importance of making the most of every moment. With charming characters and an inspiring message, this episode is one of the highlights of Prince of Peoria season 2.
