Ep 8. Deal With The Devil

In Power season 6 episode 8, titled "Deal With The Devil," the tension between the characters reaches new heights as everyone tries to outsmart each other in order to come out on top.

Ghost, who is desperate for information on who shot his son, Tariq, strikes a deal with his former business partner and now enemy, Tate. The two have a tumultuous history and while they both have their own agendas, they agree to help each other out for their mutual benefit. However, they both know that the other is not to be trusted and are ready to pull the rug from under each other if necessary.

Meanwhile, Tariq is dealing with the aftermath of shooting his father. He is wracked with guilt and is struggling to come to terms with what he has done. He finds himself in a precarious situation when the police start closing in on him and he is forced to make some tough decisions to protect himself.

Tommy, who is still reeling from the betrayal of his girlfriend, LaKeisha, is also on a mission to find out who killed Ghost's daughter, Raina. He enlists the help of his crew, but tensions between them start to rise as they all have different ideas on how to handle the situation.

In the midst of all the drama, Ghost is still trying to keep his nightclub, Truth, afloat. He has enlisted the help of his new girlfriend, Ramona, but she is starting to have her doubts about him and his intentions. As he continues to juggle his various goings-on, it becomes clear that he can not keep all of his plates spinning at once.

The episode is a fast-paced thrill ride that sets up the rest of the season in a major way. The alliances that are formed and broken will have major consequences for everyone involved, and the stakes have never been higher. The characters are all pushed to their limits as they try to come out on top in a world where violence and betrayal are the norm.
