Ep 12. Green No More (1)

After the events of the previous episode, where the Power Rangers managed to defeat Lord Zedd and reclaim their stolen Zords, everything seems to be back to normal. However, trouble is brewing as Rita Repulsa, the former evil empress of the universe, has returned to Earth seeking revenge against the Power Rangers.

Rita has devised a plan to destroy the Green Ranger, Tommy Oliver, once and for all. She manipulates Tommy's power source, the Green Power Coin, causing it to malfunction and drain Tommy's powers. In a last-ditch effort, Zordon and Alpha 5 manage to retrieve Tommy's fading powers, but it comes at a cost: the Green Ranger powers are no more.

Tommy is devastated by the loss of his powers, but he finds solace with his friends in the Power Rangers. However, they have their own worries as Rita unleashes her latest monster, Mutitis, a creature that can absorb the powers of the Rangers. The Power Rangers are outmatched against Mutitis, and they are unable to defeat it with their combined powers.

In a desperate move, they turn to Billy, the Blue Ranger, to reverse engineer the technology from Tommy's former Power Coin and create a new Power Coin for an unknown Ranger. With the fate of the world at stake, Billy manages to create the coin, and the once again six Ranger team undergoes a dangerous ritual to find who will obtain the new powers.

The new Ranger is revealed to be a mysterious figure in white spandex, who introduces himself as the White Ranger. Armed with new weapons and powerful abilities, the White Ranger joins the Power Rangers and leads them into battle against Mutitis.

As the battle rages on, the White Ranger proves to be an impressive fighter, quickly dispatching Mutitis with his new powers and leaving the Power Rangers shocked by his abilities. Though they are skeptical of his origins, the Power Rangers welcome the White Ranger, and he reveals to them that he has a connection to Tommy.
