The Green Ranger wakes up and realizes that the Red Ranger is missing. He finds him lying on the ground, unconscious. Meanwhile, the rest of the team is trying to figure out what is going on and how to help their teammates.

After some investigation, they realize that the machine was created by the villainous Mesogog to disrupt the Rangers' sleep patterns and weaken them. The Rangers have to work together to destroy the machine and stop Mesogog's plan.

The team suits up and heads back to the base to confront Mesogog and his minions. The Rangers are tired and weak, but they fight on, using their willpower to overcome their lack of sleep and defeat Mesogog's army.

In the end, the Rangers destroy the machine, and everyone can finally get some much-needed rest. The episode ends with the team reflecting on the importance of rest and taking care of one's health.
