Shane, the Red Wind Ranger, finds himself in a tough spot after he gets into an argument with his friend and fellow Ranger, Dustin. Feeling guilty, Shane sets out to make amends, but his efforts are continually met with failure. Meanwhile, a new enemy, Camille, has arrived in town and is causing chaos with her control over the deadly Stingwingers. The Power Rangers must find a way to work together and defeat Camille before she destroys the city. However, with Shane's karma seemingly working against him, can the Rangers pull together and save the day?
