Ep 36. A Corphish Out of Water!

Ash, May, Brock, and Max arrive at the beach to enjoy a day of fun in the sun. While they're there, they meet a Trainer named Keith who's trying to catch a Corphish. Keith is having a tough time, and Ash believes that he can help Keith.

Meanwhile, Team Rocket is also at the beach, looking for ways to steal some Pokemon. Jessie has her eyes on Corphish, and the trio comes up with a plan to catch it.

Ash decides to help Keith catch the Corphish and battles it with Pikachu. However, during the battle, Corphish becomes enraged and uses its Bubble Beam attack on the group, blasting them into the water.

Ash and Pikachu get separated from the group and end up stranded on a rocky island. They try to find a way back to the mainland but are unsuccessful. Meanwhile, Keith and the others are looking for Ash and Pikachu, but they have no luck.

Back on the island, Ash and Pikachu come across a group of Corphish. They observe how they behave and eventually come up with a plan to use their behavior to signal Keith. They manage to attract Keith's attention, and he sends out his Swellow to rescue Ash and Pikachu.

After being rescued, Ash and Pikachu team up with Keith to try and catch the Corphish. They use a lure to attract Corphish, and after a few tries, they manage to catch one. However, Team Rocket appears, and they want to steal the Corphish. A battle ensues, and Ash and his friends emerge victorious.

In the end, Ash and the others say goodbye to Keith, and they continue on their journey. Ash adds the Corphish he caught to his team, and they set off for their next adventure.
