Ep 9. Plant It Now... Diglett Later

Ash, Pikachu, and the gang have made their way to a new town where they quickly learn about the annual harvest festival. Along with the festivities, participants are competing in a contest to see who can grow the biggest and best crop.

The group meets up with a gardening enthusiast named Brittany who is determined to win the contest. She shows them her garden and explains how she uses her Diglett to help her harvest her crops. This sparks Ash's interest, and he decides to explore the nearby fields to see if any wild Diglett can assist him in the contest.

After some searching, Ash and Pikachu stumble upon a field that is being terrorized by a group of Diglett who are stealing the crops. The gang quickly realizes that the Diglett are only acting out because someone has been stealing their food source. They follow the trail and discover that a group of evil Weezing has been destroying the crops.

With the help of Brittany and her knowledge of plants, Ash and Pikachu come up with a plan to stop the Weezing and save the harvest festival. They plant a special type of seed that repels the Weezing and attracts the Diglett to a new field where they can safely harvest food for themselves.

The plan works, and the crops are saved. Brittany wins the contest with her impressively sized pumpkin, and Ash and Pikachu are hailed as heroes. The group continues on their journey, excited for whatever adventures lie ahead.
