Ep 22. Dues and Don'ts

Ash and his friends arrive at a small town that's known for having an ancient tradition of battling, but with a twist: the battles are held between two trainers riding on top of massive, flying Pokemon. The gang is intrigued but soon learns that a group of local trainers, led by a tough guy named Tyra, have been exploiting this tradition by constantly challenging people to battles and stealing their prize money.

The situation comes to a head when Tyra and his cronies challenge Ash and his friends to a battle, but this time with a large sum of money on the line. The group reluctantly accepts and begins to train for the upcoming bout, but find themselves uncertain of how they'll beat the cheating Tyra and his overpowered Pokemon.

In the meantime, it's revealed that the town's Sheriff is actually one of the legendary, flying Pokemon used in the battles, and he begins to bond with Pikachu as they work to take down Tyra and his thugs. Just as the big battle approaches, it's revealed that Tyra has a secret weapon in the form of a powerful and mysterious Pokemon that's never been seen before - can Ash and friends overcome this seemingly unbeatable force?

As the two sides begin to battle, it becomes clear that Tyra's flying Pokemon are incredibly strong, but Ash and his friends aren't giving up so easily. The fight quickly devolves into chaos as both sides bring out their most powerful attacks, with all sorts of aerial acrobatics and high-speed maneuvers.

When Tyra brings out his secret weapon, things look dire, but Ash and his friends aren't ready to give up. With the help of Pikachu and the legendary Sheriff, they work together to take out the unknown Pokemon and put an end to Tyra's cheating ways for good.

In the end, the gang not only comes out victorious, but they also manage to win over the hearts of the town's inhabitants, who had been skeptical of outsiders before. As they continue on their journey, Ash and his friends reflect on the power of teamwork and the importance of standing up to bullies, leaving the town of flying Pokemon battles behind them, but not without having made a lasting impression on its people.
