Ep 40. A Farfetch'd Tale

Ash, Misty, and Brock come across a Farfetch'd being chased by a group of boys and their Primeape. They intervene and rescue the Farfetch'd, but the boys accuse them of stealing the bird. The group discovers that the Farfetch'd is actually a trained Pokémon belonging to a young girl named Hayley, who lives in a nearby village.

Hayley explains that her family has been training Farfetch'd for generations, and they have a special bond with the Pokémon. However, a band of bird poachers have been stealing the Farfetch'd from the village, and Hayley's family is determined to catch them.

When the poachers strike again, Ash and his friends join Hayley and her family in their hunt for the thieves. Along the way, they must navigate treacherous obstacles and battle powerful opponents. But with the help of their Pokémon, they are able to catch the poachers and save the Farfetch'd.

In the end, Hayley decides to give her Farfetch'd to Ash as a sign of gratitude. As the group continues on their journey, Ash has a newfound respect for the unique bond between trainers and their Pokémon.
