Ep 28. Dewpider Ascending!

Ash and his friends continue their journey through the Alola region, and in this episode, they come across a group of Dewpider. They are fascinated by the spider-like Pokémon, but they soon discover that one of them is having trouble ascending to its next level of evolution.

The Dewpider in question is a little smaller than the others, and it seems to be struggling to climb up a tree. Ash and his friends notice that the Dewpider's web is not as strong as the others, and they decide to help it out. They offer to catch some fresh prey for it, which will help it build up its strength and evolve into its next form.

The group sets out in search of prey, and they quickly realize that catching it won't be as easy as they thought. They come across a variety of Bug-type Pokémon, but they're all either too fast or too powerful to catch. Ash and his friends are determined to help the Dewpider, though, so they keep searching.

Eventually, they come across a group of Combee, which seem like the perfect prey for the Dewpider. However, the Combee are guarded by a powerful Vespiquen, who is not willing to let them go without a fight. Ash and his friends battle against the Vespiquen, and despite a few setbacks, they eventually defeat it and catch the Combee.

They give the Combee to the Dewpider, who eagerly devours them. However, even with the added strength, the Dewpider is still having trouble ascending to its next form. Ash and his friends are puzzled, but they don't give up. They decide to take the Dewpider to an expert on Bug-type Pokémon, who might be able to help.

The expert, a woman named Faba, agrees to take a look at the Dewpider. She examines it carefully, and she realizes that the problem is not with the Dewpider itself, but with the environment around it. The area doesn't have enough trees for the Dewpider to build a strong enough web, which is inhibiting its evolution.

Ash and his friends are surprised by this revelation, but Faba has a solution. She takes them to a nearby forest, which is filled with tall trees and plenty of bugs for the Dewpider to catch. They travel deep into the forest, and they eventually come across a massive tree that is perfect for the Dewpider.

The group helps the Dewpider build a new web between the branches of the tree, and they catch more prey for it to eat. As they work, they notice that the Dewpider is starting to get stronger and more confident. Its web is becoming thicker and more resilient, and it is catching prey with ease.

Finally, after several days of hard work, the Dewpider is ready to evolve. It climbs up to the highest branch of the tree, where it spins a cocoon around itself. Ash and his friends watch in amazement as the cocoon shakes and shimmers, and finally, a new Pokémon emerges.

The Dewpider has evolved into an Araquanid, a powerful Water/Bug-type Pokémon. It has grown much larger than before, and its web is now even stronger than before. The Araquanid seems grateful to Ash and his friends for helping it evolve, and it goes off to explore its new abilities.
