Ep 39. A Trip Down Memory Train!

Ash, Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie arrive in Pallet Town and are excited to meet their old friends. However, when they arrive, they find that Professor Oak is not home and has gone out to do some research for the day. Feeling let down, they decide to head to the train station to take a ride on the Memory Train, a special train that takes passengers on a trip down memory lane.

On the train, the group meets a woman named Carrie who tells them that the train has the ability to take them back to any memory they desire. Excited for the opportunity, Ash decides he wants to go back to the day he first started his Pokemon journey. The train takes them back to the day, and they find themselves in front of Professor Oak's lab.

After seeing his younger self, Ash decides he wants to stay in that moment forever. However, Carrie warns them that they cannot change the past and that they have to return to the present at some point. Ash reluctantly agrees and the train takes them back to the present.

Serena decides she wants to relive her childhood memories with her mother, so she goes back to a memory of her mother teaching her how to bake macarons. They share a heartwarming moment before returning to the train.

Clemont and Bonnie decide to revisit a time when they were younger and were working on an invention together. They find themselves at a playground, where they see their younger selves having a great time. They decide to jump in and enjoy the moment before the train takes them back.

As the train is taking them back to the present, they all share their favorite memories from their trip down memory lane. They realize that while the memories were great, it's important to live in the present and create new memories as well. The train arrives back at the station, and they all head back to Professor Oak's lab.

When they arrive, they find that Professor Oak has returned and is happy to see them all. He shares that he has made a new discovery in his research, and he wants to show it to them. The group is excited and follows him to his lab.

Once they arrive, they see that Professor Oak has discovered a new Pokemon. He tells them that it's rare and that he needs their help to catch it. The group agrees, and they head out on an adventure to catch the new Pokemon.
